Our experience with Capital City was truly outstanding — an award-winning level of customer service from the very first phone call through our entire visit.

Karli was our first point of contact, and she immediately set the tone. She was warm, professional, helpful, and genuinely welcoming.

Then there was Amir — phenomenal is the word! His professionalism, attentiveness, kindness, and genuine commitment to making sure we were taken care of went above and beyond. Amir is truly an asset to Capital City.

Karissa, our Service Advisor, was equally wonderful. She welcomed us, checked our vehicle in, kept us well taken care of, and demonstrated the same professionalism and attentiveness we experienced throughout the dealership.

We also had the pleasure of meeting Billy personally. After speaking with him, it became very clear why Capital City operates at such a high level. Leadership sets the tone, and the culture of hospitality, professionalism, and excellence here is evident in every interaction.

We spend a great deal of time in Missouri because our daughter, Raven Smith, attends the University of Missouri, so finding a dealership we can trust while we are here is incredibly important to us. Capital City has certainly made a lasting impression.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Service is quick and done the right way. Never have had an issue. Love that they offer snacks and a comfortable waiting area. I had my car towed to CDJR on a Wednesday and expected it to sit there waiting on its soonest available appointment a week and a half later. My vehicle was done and ready to be picked up by that Friday. Two days later! I was super pleased to be in and out and back on the road so quickly! They are super nice and were very informative during the entire process! Thanks to the service department at CDJR!!

What a great car buying experience! We went in looking for a specific Jeep Grand Wagoneer, but they didn’t have the trim package we were looking for. A gentleman ran into us on the lot and asked if we needed any help. It turns out he was the General Manager and he helped us out the entire time. He asked us to test-drive a different Grand Wagoneer and while we were gone he found us the model we were looking for 2-1/2 hours away. They went and picked it up the next day! The GM managed our trade-in and financing the same afternoon. They gave us a fair trade amount and made sure we were fully satisfied with the new purchase. From start to finish the best car buying experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a bunch)! From our initial experience with Billy to Robbie handling the rest and Julio managing the financing, this is a first-class team! If their Service Department is as good as their Sales Team and Management, I’ll keep doing business here until I’m too old to drive!

I walked into CDJR in Jefferson City today hangry, defeated, and fresh out of a disappointing experience with a competitor down the road. I was there to replace my 2016 Patriot, a car I loved and bought brand new 10 years ago, and honestly I was running on fumes.

From the moment I walked in, Ben and his new teammate met me with immediate kindness. No pressure, no judgment. I was offered a snack and a drink while standing there with no makeup, messy hair, full “hot mess express” energy, and a lot of frustration.

They got straight to work asking thoughtful, clarifying questions and actually listened to what I needed. Because of that, I only had to look at one car and it was perfect.

We talked numbers, they let me run through my pre-existing approval without games or resistance, and from start to checkout the entire process took about three hours. Smooth, respectful, and efficient.

This was a genuinely compassionate and considerate team, and that experience matters more than people realize.
