This is a review for NCC Prime Construction. The company completed several projects at our home and provided exceptional service. The company's owner, Nikos, was hands on across the timeline of the renovations, responsive through phone calls and texts; he also came out multiple times to bring samples and to discuss options for our consideration. His ability to think outside the box and his commitment to ensuring we would be happy with the outcome contributed to a highly satisfactory experience as did the quality and craftsmanship of the team assigned to the work. Led by Mynor, they arrived on time, were pleasant, responsive to questions and respectful of our property - their attention to detail and pride in their work was clearly evident and was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend NCC Prime Construction based on the experience I had when Nicos and his crew reconstructed my deck. I was very impressed with both the work and the customer service that Nicos provides. He listened to everything I requested and is very accessible (replies quickly to all texts and phone calls), which is often rare to find. And it's always nice to work with someone who genuinely cares and is very nice/pleasant. Again, I highly recommend NCC Prime!
