Our account representative is Nathan. Not only is he friendly, personable and knowledgeable he is always making sure we get the best deal and we are happy with each and every product.
I had worked with Nathan in the past and he doesn’t disappoint.
So far we are happy with HSS.
What will make them better is a fax number and portal to order from ! I know both are in the works.
