Jordan did a beautiful job. Amazingly professional and had a mastery of and high expertise in his field/craft. Jordan was able to single-handedly install a hot water tank pre-purchased by my late father passed before my father had a chance to install it. Jordan was very compassionate and empathetic with the housing/hoarding situation, and was able to install the tank despite difficult environmental surrounds. Jordan left the area very clean after installation, which was very much appreciated. Jordan also has exceptional communication ability - so conversation was easy despite difficult topics. Highly recommend Jordan from Jetco.

Jetco replaced our hot water tank. Their service was great and we were very pleased with our technician Jordan who arrived at the scheduled time and was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Jordan provided good information about the process and was careful to set us up with the informaion we needed to use and maintain the new tank for it's projected lifetime. Very nice work also on another visit specific to our under kitchen sink plumbing. All the work was very streamlined with good configuration. Jordan really gave us a lot of confidence for using Jetco at a future time. Such a good experience. We felt supported and treated well by Jetco. Thanks so much!

Johnny visited our home to inspect a leak from our bathroom faucet. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and offered several options for how to proceed. He was extremely knowledgable as well as honest about choices and prices. He also had some time left in the service call so he helped us out with reassembling our humidifier on the furnace. He was very patient with questions and gave a lot of great advice for maintaining our plumbing over the long term. I was also very impressed with the preciseness and thoroughness of his after-visit notes that were shared with me. A super friendly and personable individual! Based on our experience with Johnny, we will definitely contact Jetco again for any of our plumbing needs.

Worked performed by Matthew M was amazing. He knows his stuff, highly recommend.
Straight shooter, gets to the bottom of the issue.
He was able to contact navien and get me almost my entire unit covered under warranty (thank you to navien too, for going above and beyond). Had Matthew install soft water system while he was at my place. Nice install, neat & tidy, and work area cleaned up.
