Today I had an emergency plumbing issue and I called Mr. Rooter’s this morning. They had previously helped with a blockage issue. I want to thank Kris, Noah, and the rest of the Mr. Rooter’s team for their prompt response to remedy the situation. Their professionalism and understanding, coupled with them backing up their 3 month warranty makes me happy I chose them! I highly recommend using Mr. Rooter’s if you have any plumbing issues. Noah did an amazing job; I felt very respected and was very tidy! It is very rare that you call someone for help, and the helper doesn’t leave a trace. I noticed this from the beginning of the job till the end. My dog is a little shy but Noah was so kind and gentle with her that she also didn’t struggle with having someone new in the house. Overall, great experience, called in the morning and had someone able to return my call/ have someone come by to look/ fix the problem. Thank you!

Chris was amazing.
Answered the phone after 10pm when everyone else went to answer machine.
Took time to get to the root of the problem and help put us a ease so that we didnt worry overnight
Knowledgeable and everything you want in a tradesman.
Offered us a quick no nonsense replacement and had everything with him to do the job there and then when he came out the next morning
10 ot of 10 and would highly recommend.

Needed a 30+ year old carriages replaced in the taps for shower/tub, which I was unable to remove. Chris from Mr Rooter was a good communicator, more than willing to answer a couple of questions I had. He showed up when he stated and was a professional in his approach and actions. I was impressed and pleased with this employee . I thought the cost was a little expensive but no complains with the service .

Arrived on time. Gave quote prior to beginning the work. Work was completed earlier than quoted. Friendly and informative plumber. He cleaned area prior to leaving. My 4th time using Mr. Rooter and will not hasitate calling them again.

Jacob Booth from Mr. Rooter was excellent! Not only was the company able to send someone the day after I called, he arrived at the appointed time, late on a Friday afternoon, diagnosed the issue, fixed the sewer smell in our crawl space/basement, and also discovered another issue with a clogged drain from our kitchen, snaked and cleaned that out as well! I can't tell you how impressed I was by his courtesy, professionalism, and abilities. The fact that the smell is also now finally gone is also amazing. Highly recommend Jacob and this organization.

The technician Chris H. was very professional, efficient, honest and kind.
Chris completed the repair under an hour and the price quoted was very resonable.

I will definetly call this company again, for future repairs and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Sean Beck from Mr. Rooter came to install a drain pump in my basement and he was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. The work was professional and everything works great! Came back for a second job and again, completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism. I had an emergency situation where there was a waterfalls coming out of Of an apartment building that I own and Rooter responded ASAP ,did a fine job and looked after all of the plumbing that was needed.
