I had a 30k BTU Gree system installed by SGL last September (2024) so it only ran in heating mode until last week when I tried the AC but it wasn't working. I reached out to them and they came fix the issue within 4 business days. Turns out 2 of the 3 minisplit where inverted on the main unit. Tech explained everything and quickly fixed the issue, under warranty. I recommend SGL, I love my gree smart system and service is great.

The experience was exactly what I was looking for: simple through the entire process. The salesperson was courteous, recommended me a few options for my needs and gave me the pros and cons for each option. The installation team was simply amazing, they were very courteous, confirmed everything before starting the job, the work was done well and quickly. Really, a great experience all around.

Used this company few times already. Once to change our furnace in the basement back in 2018 and now to repair our heat pump unit outside. The service is always the same. Extremely professional and they explain you everything they do. Will deal with them again if the need occur.
