Exceptional service. André came this evening at 8 p.m., without any obligation, to resolve an emergency situation at our residence caused by a water leak. Very courteous and professional service. Thank you so much, André! We will call you again!

Replacement of the main water inlet pressure regulator and removal of a water meter: Appointment scheduled very quickly (less than 5 days). The plumber (Alexandre?) was punctual and efficient. The work was done quickly and well. The only downside is the slightly high overhead cost, though not excessive. I recommend them, especially if you're in a situation requiring immediate attention.

I highly recommend them. The appointment was quick, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I've used them twice now, and it's always been just as simple and fast.

Toilet unclogging service; we couldn't find the problem because it was intermittent. Just for the time and effort they took to properly diagnose the issue, it was worth the price. Thank you! We had already had our two water heaters replaced when it was called SOS Plumbing, and I still call them. While some might say the price is higher than your brother-in-law's plumbing job, they are very reliable and fast, unlike some of the "big" plumbing companies in town. Thank you!

The installation was done well, but the bill was far too high.

The job simply involved connecting a sink and installing faucets at a construction site (at the request of the CCQ). The work took about 30 minutes, much of which was spent in the truck.

Final bill: $14 for parts and 2 hours of labor, totaling $385.

I was informed that the billed time starts as soon as they leave the previous client. So be sure to double-check the travel expenses, as you could end up paying much more than the actual time spent on site.

Service was adequate, but there was a lack of transparency regarding billing.

Thank you to AB Plumbing. They were available very quickly to come and fix my plumbing problem. The bill was fair and the employees were very respectful of the premises. A truly 5-star service.

I bought the building a year ago and thought I'd figure out the smell problem myself, but I gave up, I couldn't take it anymore. André from AB Plumbing found what I never would have found in my life: a stuck trapdoor at the back of a closet. He was quite the athlete to get to that remote spot. Thank you!
