Amazing service! George and Jay came as soon as my water was turned off by the city.
They redid my main valve and installed a faucet and two shut-off valves. They are extremely affordable, knowledgeable, courteous, and a delight to know. The whole team, including Max, Nico and Kevin, are all the best in their field. I would give them a 12 out of 5 stars if it were allowed.

Thank Max and Jordan for ybe amazing work they did. We had a pipe that burst from a slow leak and they replaced all pipes and valves underneath the sink and the pipes in the basement where the leak went to. They were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them to do plumbing work at your home or residence. You will not be disappointed.

Raymond and George did excellent service in changing my cartridges on my microstatic valve in the master washroom, as well as in The Powder Room replacing the cartridge on the faucet. We also changed the cartridge on the garage kitchen faucet and couldn't be more happy everything is working flawlessly.

Thank you guys excellent job! And for the readers I used True Service Plumbing for the very first time and do not intend to change them.

Niko did a toilet install for us and took the time to answer some additional questions. Really appreciated Niko's attention to detail when installing the toilet and his honest answers to our plumbing maintenance inquires. It's a rare treasure to find someone who wants to do high quality work for a fair price without trying to take advantage or charge unnecessarily. Will definitely be entrusting any future work to True Plumbing.

Max came out very soon after being called on a Friday evening. He fixed the drain blockage quickly and efficiently and charged less than he originally quoted because he said the job was more straightforward than he had expected. He was very pleasant and accommodating and I felt that he was truly honest. I would recommend Max without hesitation.

Use them for a redesign and reconnection of a bathtub drainage system. They arrived as promised the next day, on time. They were very respectful, explained their work in advance, gave me an estimate and explained what they did and did not know yet. They were careful throughout the process to explain what they were doing and we’re happy to have me watch. The final result was excellent work, neatly cleaned up. Just superb service, which I highly recommend.

Today we needed to get some pipes repaired in our basement. I contacted True Service Plumbing and within minutes was able to speak to Nico. He was very pleasant over the phone and let me know he would be there within the hour - which he was. He did a review of the situation we had and explained everything to me crystal clear and provided the quote upfront (very reasonable). I proceeded with the work and he let me know he would be about an hour - and to my surprise he was very accurate in his time estimate. Nico was very friendly and open to answer any questions I had - about the current issue and otherwise and gave me tips for future work or plumbing. I highly recommend and look forward to working with True Service and Nico in the future. Thank you very much for your time today!

Aaron.
