Here is the short version. Alex is simply great. if you want the job done right, he is your man.

Longer Version.
Alex and several years ago cleared a drain for me. He was such a great person to work with that I pinned his number on my office wall.

Now, much later, my daughter's house at a overflowing drain at 6:30 PM. She was away and I rushed over. Hoping that Alex was still in the same business, I called. He picked up immediately. He then agreed to come over right away from downtown Toronto to Mississauga - 2 hours!

On arrival, he and his partner went to work. He has excellent equipment, cameras and all. He found the root cause (literally a root) and unblocked the drain. He very considerately called in another excellent professional to make sure that the water had not caused any drywall damage and to disinfect the area.

Under the circumstances, late in the evening with my daughter away, this was very very much appreciated.

Alex, is a pro with an excellent unhurried manner. I would give him 10 stars.

Alex was great. Came to flood basement today . And needed a plumber ASAP . Alex came to rescued and fixed our problem as well gave us a diagnosis of future problem to be fixed caused by roots damage.

Alex & Ralph replaced our toilet valve the same day I reached out. During the visit, they noticed a small leak in the connector to the wall that required a specialized tool. They returned promptly the next morning to fix the issue. Their pricing is very reasonable but most importantly, the quality of their work is excellent.

Had a leaking main shut off valve. Called Alex and he came same day. Explained to me the problem and the potential fixes for the issue. He recommended to replace it with something more modern for longevity. Price was affordable for the good work. Many thanks to Alex! Would recommend.
