Rob is friendly, professional, reliable, and consistently delivers high-quality work. He takes the time to fully explain what he’s doing and answers all our questions, which gives us confidence that the job is being done properly.

Rob did an amazing job by fixing problems caused by a poor skills and mistakes of previous plumbers.
He has instantly found a root cause of the leak, fixed the shower and shared his thoughts on what else might be improved.
He saved us a lot of time.
We had another plumber before him who could not find a reason for the main problem, even he had a good reputation.
Additionally, I'd like to add that Rob was very responsive to emails.

Rob at Eastern Ottawa Plumbing was quick to respond and believe me, I sent about 7 emails and each time, he answered in a manner that was easy for both my husband and I to understand. His price was more than reasonable and he came the very next day. We had a new tap installed and an under the counter water filter. Rob is professional and a fantastic worker. We are so so happy with his work and will highly recommend him to all our family and their friends.
