I discovered a leak at my folk’s hot water tank and looked up plumbers in the area. I called several services and was unable to get a hold of anyone during the early hours. Mr. Plumber (Garry) answer the phone early morning and explained the problem. Garry showed up when he said he would the same day! He assessed the problem and we discussed some options and he scheduled a hot water tank replacement that afternoon. Later that day my folks thought there was a leak and a smell of gas so I contacted Garry and he returned the same day to double check. Turns out it was just water left over from the previous leak (doh). I appreciated that Garry took the time to come back and check it again. I was very pleased with Garry‘s response time and professionalism and great communication. I have NO reservations about recommending Mr. Plumber your plumbing needs. Thanks for saving the day, Garry!

We discovered a puddle of water around our hot water tank and contacted Gary late that evening. Despite the late hour, he promptly assessed the situation via a video call and provided immediate guidance.

Gary arrived at 7:00 a.m. the following morning and confirmed that the inner tank was leaking. He then replaced the hot water tank with a new unit efficiently and professionally, leaving the work area clean and tidy.

We truly appreciated his prompt response, expertise, and excellent customer service.
