We had Jonathan install a sump pump for us. He did an excellent job, and the work was completed the same day. We will definitely call him again in the future if we need any other work done. Jonathan and her daugther did a great job. Highly recommended.

I had a sump pump installed in my basement because water collects after heavy rain. The plumber was very professional, arrive on time, and explained the installation process clearly. The work was completed very efficiently, everything was left clean and tidy afterward. The new sump pump has been work perfectly. I really appreciate the quality of the work and would recommend this plumbing service to anyone needing a sump pump installation and other plumbing work.

They helped clear the bathtub drain at my aunt’s house. After using one machine to clean the blockage, they inserted a drain camera to inspect the pipe. The camera clearly showed that the drain pipe was broken, which helped us quickly identify the real problem. We really appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and the detailed explanation throughout the process. Thank you so much for your help!

My sump pump burned out on a Friday afternoon. It wasn’t an emergency, but with all the rain this year I wanted it fixed as fast as possible. Jonathan came out on Saturday morning and assessed the situation. He was very friendly, and answered all my questions. The work was quick and clean and he charged a fair price. Ill certainly recommend him to friends and family in the future.

I am very grateful for the help that I received from Jonathan! He is amazing!!! The intensive storm on June 9 created havoc in my basement as a drain overflowed that I didn't know about, which I found out was under the subfloor and carpet. Water was everywhere! I also was out of power for almost 48 hours and had a generator to suck up the water. Eventhough it was challenging using the generator Johnathan didn't give up and we found the drain after cutting up a large portion of my floor. When he opened up the drain the water then finally stopped bubbling up! I appreciated Johnathan's perseverance and positive attitude! I will definitely call him again and tell everyone else to do the same!!!

Would definitely recommend Jonathan! There’s a reason he has a 5 star Google Review average. Great service, so quick and easy to book, and fair prices (that took us by happy surprise)!

We were both surprised and pleased by Jonathan's prompt arrival. He quickly completed the repair (replacing worn-out washing machine valves) and charged a reasonable fee. I recommend his company's services. Thank you, Jonathan.

After hearing from my neighbor about his basement flooding last year, I decided to take preventive measures and install a backup sump pump. A friend recommended Jonathan from Deep Roots Plumbing, so I decided to give him a call. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and Jonathan was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. The price was more than fair for the excellent service I received. If you need a reliable plumber in Winnipeg, I highly recommend Deep Roots Plumbing!
