We contacted Picture Perfect about a water issue which we wanted dealing with quickly. He said that he could come out after 2pm that day which we were grateful for. Another company also responded a few minutes later to say they could come so we double checked with Picture Perfect that they could definitely make it - which they confirmed so we turned down the second company and I planned to leave work early.

At 4pm they contacted us and said their previous job was running late so they couldn’t make it that day but they would come out between 10 and 12 the following morning. I rearranged things to make sure I was in, but again they didn’t show. This time there was no communication even when I sent multiple texts and phoned several times to try to speak with them. They just ghosted me. At no point was I abusive or rude - in fact I said I would rather know if they were not coming now so I could get someone else in. Nothing!

I understand jobs sometimes run over, but there is no excuse for ignoring a customer and ghosting them. I have multiple opportunities for an explanation before posting this but as I got none I would advise people to avoid this company if they want reliable and honest service from a plumber.

I still remember the midnight about 6 years back when we came back from our vacation. We had left without putting the heat on and it was winter. The whole of the house was full of water leakage, snow and ice. We called Picture Perfect Contracting Ltd. Stephan came within one hour and started work even though it was late night. We got the whole repairs done by him. From that day onwards for all our maintenance works whether big or small we call Picture Perfect Contracting Ltd. They do good quality job.

Stephane was professional and communicative from start to finish - a big contrast from many of the other companies who made little or no follow ups or who were slow to respond. His team was friendly and kind, but most importantly everyone is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. What impressed me the most was the quick and consistent responsiveness, keeping his word on the costs as well as sticking to the timeline. He was reliable, respectful, and clearly knows his stuff. The space and my budget had some challenges, but Stephane was quick to recognize the issues and came up with smart, structural solutions that really made the most of it. I ended up with a high quality, modernized finished basement that was better than I had envisioned! I am planning to hire them again next spring for some additional work. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

Stephan at Picture Perfect Contracting Ltd is one of the best tradesmen we've encountered since moving to Nova Scotia six years ago. He truly deserves the highest rating possible. This was the second time we've employed his services to address our plumbing needs. Both times he did an excellent job. He is friendly, thoughtful, timely and highly skilled. We couldn't be more pleased with the results of his work and plan to reach out to him regarding future repairs.

I had a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. I hired the wrong guys 1st. Picture Perfect Contacting came out and fixed the damage that was caused by these previous so called plumbers going up on my roof and shooting 1500 PSI water down my vent causing all my lines to stop draining. Stephan and Elliot didn't just fix the problem, they did so quickly professionally and without leaving a mess. My plumbing is fantastic now. I was so impressed I have already discussed the next job here with them. I know who to call now. Thanks so much guys!
