The entire team at Drainage Pros had the right approach—the most rigorous and efficient. The service was exceptional! Everyone was courteous, and there was a constant effort to keep me informed and leave my property looking brand new. The numerous unforeseen issues were addressed diligently, following best practices.

As for the price, all the quotes I received were similar. Although Drainage Pros was at the higher end of the price range, I felt like this project was becoming an investment, not an expense.

The experience was more than satisfactory. The callback was quick, and scheduling an appointment was also fast. Mr. Rhéaume came to our location, determined the cause of our problems, and within a week we had a very detailed estimate of the different options and their costs. The work hasn't started yet, as we're waiting for spring, so we can't comment on the progress of the work.

Hello, having recently worked with Les Pros du Drainage, if you're looking for the best team in town, look no further! :) To summarize briefly, we contacted and submitted quotes to four companies for sewer and water line connection work. Our main concern was two trees that could obstruct the work. Without even visiting the site, the other three companies insisted that the two trees had to be cut down before starting the job. In addition to being competitively priced, Les Pros du Drainage was the only company that took the time to come and assess the site, and they completed the work without needing to cut down the trees. The team arrived on the scheduled day and left on time. They took the time to answer all my questions, and in the end, there were no additional charges. We had to get another assessment done by a different company because we were missing too much information before the work could be done. Ultimately, the first inspection had several shortcomings (they inspected a drain that turned out to be an old gutter, but the company confirmed it was on the edge of the house, yet it was actually near our pool...). The authorities were very brief, and we had to start digging immediately...
