I have a plumbing job to do at home. I look at Google Maps and think I should call a local company. I see JY Paquet and think, perfect, he has 5 out of 5 stars on Google! Well, two days later, after leaving my detailed contact information and a description of the job, no one has called back. It's ridiculous when you're so self-important that you don't care about potential clients!

I want to mention that the two plumbers who came to my home did an excellent job. They were efficient, discreet, and polite. When they left the condo, there was no trace of their presence; everything was clean. J.Y. Paquet wasn't the cheapest bidder, but the description of their quote clearly indicated there would be no extra charges and demonstrated their professionalism.
