This is related to their Maryland division. We were approached by this company for a roof repair around November 2025. We had a small leak. After their inspection, the decision was to replace the entire roof for a more permanent solution. They have a very persistent sales effort that constantly call you... they claimed they have the best customer service and complete jobs so cleanly that they would even pay you if you find a single nail after they leave.... We bought what they sold which also cost us over 35K. Throughout the process, I kept insisting and asking if the crew I am seeing on my roof know what they are doing and was assured that they know what they are doing. The mix of people of all ages on the roof was very questionable. After installation was done and with the first first storm , the roof leak was now worse than even before the roof replacement which ended up further damaging the ceiling as well as a very precious Persian carpet. see the attached video. I had to call them a couple of times and speak to different people and it took several days for someone to show up and resolve the problem. They promised to take care of the damages which also included destroying landscaping light and also resulted in lights going out on one side of the house..... They never came back to address any of the damages they had caused... Also, unlike their promise, we never received the warranty paperwork after the job was completed. Needless to say, had we known about their real performance, we would have never chosen to go with them and I would highly suggest to save yourself a lot of hassle and consider other options.

We found C3 American Exteriors at a local home show last fall! We ordered a big door we needed to replace and it was installed today. Jimmy, Owen and Tyler were great to work with! They did a beautiful job and we are very happy with the installation! We would highly recommend C3 American Exteriors!

I was referred to C3 by a neighbor, so I had seen their recent roof replacement work. From the start, Dalton kept in touch and did not try to "sell" me anything. He was great to work with from start to finish and kept me apprised of the progress of the work with photos. I would definitely recommend C3 for your roof replacement!

Carnie and C3 exceeded our expectations in every way!

From the moment we met, he was kind, thorough, he listened to our concerns, and of course he had a big smile on his face! Every step of the process was outlined and he made it all very clear how he and the crew would work.

He started on Monday and removed two chimneys by himself. Tuesday the crew showed up bright and early and worked basically a 14 hour day. Wednesday, because of the heat, they showed up at 6am to begin. By Thursday morning at 8:30am, both the house and the garage were completely finished and the site was cleaned up! Carnie was there every day and he made sure that everything was getting completed accurately and exactly as outlined.

The experience was amazing, and we recommend C3 very, very highly! We're so glad we decided to work with them, and we look forward to again, just maybe not for another 30 years ;)
