The office staff were friendly and made scheduling easy. Rob, our installer was communicative about his arrival time, was friendly and so fast! And the price was excellent compared to other available options. Highly recommend!

We called budget blinds based on all the amazing reviews and they absolutely deserve all the wonderful reviews because their customer service is top notch. The owner was willing to come for the home consultation during the usual lunch time (since that was the only time that worked with our schedule) which was so accommodating of her to do. She explained all the different options and showed us videos and real samples to look through. She worked with us through different options based on our budget and was never pushy which I really loved and appreciated. She sent the email after the consultation with all the options we discussed along with the edited image of the blinds in our house for our top choice which was great to have that visual. They also offered financing options which we utilized. The whole process was fast and easy which includes the installation as well. Thank you so much for answering all our questions, being patient with us and transforming our home. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

Liked having the personal touch to pick out blinds. I wanted to see samples of actual blinds and colors. Yes you can buy them online but I wanted feel and touch and not guess on measurements. They came in the promised time which was nice as I was looking forward to getting them. Slight glitch with what was ordered and what came in but the rep was willing to make it right. I love the quality. These blinds were for rooms that don’t get a lot of activity so I didn’t go with wood. I have wood in my kitchen and would recommend the wood if you can afford them. Different feel and probably stand up better but there’s nothing wrong with the ones I purchased. My husband did the install and didn’t have an issue but said they are a one and done. You can’t take them down without causing damage.

Laurie from Budget Blinds was amazing to work with. She brought every sample that she had, and took the time to show us anything we wanted to look at. She not only was there to supply us with a great product, but she has a great design sense that helped us make decisions on what we purchased. Budget blinds were outstanding. They arrived for the estimate appointment timely and with everything needed to proceed samples with measurments.They stayed in constant contact during manufacturing and timely with the installation appointment. Their shining star is their contractor for installation. He is thorough methodical with attention to detail and care. Kind beyond words. Shutters are a tricky instalation as walls are never square or the same. He did them with perfection. They open and close brilliantly and look a perfect square. They have my gratitude. Thank you.
