JARROD FARMER was great. I was so so confused at trying to sign up for my Medicare and supplement plans. I was getting so much junk stuff in the mail and my phone was ringing off daily by so many people I thought were scams, that i really I had no idea where to start. Jarrod has handled all of our farm, home, business and personal auto insurance for 20 years and I decided to call him and what a relief it was when he said, "sure come in tomorrow and I will help you sign up for everything you need" because my time was running out to get set up without a penalty. I didn't even have part A & B but he walked me through setting up those accounts and how to get those active and once I got those set up, Jarrod set me up a medicare supplement and prescription drug plan. He offers all the top companies like Humana, Mutual of Omaha, United Healthcare, Anthem, Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, etc. I was so relieved walking out of his office and had a much deeper knowledge of how the entire medicare supplement and medicare advantage plans worked. If I had not of talked to Jarrod Farmer, I am certain one of those phone calls would have set me up on one of those "free" medicare advantage plans and I would not have been happy once I learned how those work. Thank you Jarrod for always taking care of my family. Highly recommend Jarrod and his office staff Paula, Sam, Rylee and others who also help me when Jarrod is with another customer or not available. Sure you might pay a little more here, but to me you get what you pay for and I liked one thing Jarrod told me which is "cheap usually ain't good and good usually ain't cheap".
