He specializes in C&I, commercial real estate, and religious organization lending and cash flow management. Frank received a Masters in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in English from The College of William and Mary. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Old Dominion University. Frank has also attended the VBA School of Bank Management at University of Virginia and was the 2014 Honor Graduate. He is also an alum of the Virginia Peninsula Leadership Institute.
