Locking mechanism on a front loading LG. A little Quick fix job probably could have did it myself but called the pros. The repair guy Came and looked at it ordered the part. He had no uniform no business card no name tag so it's kind of sketchy. Didn't speak English, it was an option. Super nice guy. Yevgeniy Churikov. Yes he's from Kazakhstan. He fixed the machine very smart knew what he was doing very clean polite and nice. Couldn't answer any of my questions kept saying call head office. When he left I called head office and asked what the hell just happened they had it all in their computer screen. I paid half the money$175. They called said the part was in. Schedule appointment my buddy from Kazakhstan came back. Paid another $165, $345 total. Crazy amount of money for a little piece of metal. They charge more money then the technicians at performance Acura. Nevertheless I could have fixed it myself with artificial intelligence and YouTube but chose the easy way but you're going to pay for it. Other than that very professional on time did the job right recommend them. But man was it expensive.
