Darcy recently helped me find my first condo in North Vancouver and I was beyond thrilled with her support. I was initially drawn to her because of her knowledge and expertise in the local area I was interested in (Roche Point). She had very detailed, insider information that helped me make good decisions about where exactly to live. If she didn't have answers, she was resourceful and very quick to find them for me. She was attentive for the better part of 6+ months as I waited for the right place to come up, sending me listings as they came up and helping me check out many places in the neighbourhood so I could make an informed decision. When it finally happened, Darcy actually coached me to put in a LOWER bid than I had planned, and I got the place! I was very impressed with her strategy, dedication, and most importantly, her integrity.
