Disappointing. DJ messed up my aisle song.

My husband and I got married here November 2, 2025. It’s taken me this long to be able to discuss our wedding because it just makes me sad to think about.

We went with the lowest level vendor package, which came with a DJ, photographer, flowers, cake, etc. We got assigned DJ Brandon (from I believe CoHost Entertainment). I had specific instructions for my walk down the aisle song to start at 2 minutes in. He started it from the beginning. I had no choice but to walk down to the wrong part of the song, which really took me out of the moment. I even cried directly after the ceremony because it was such a disappointment.

During the reception, the DJ messed up my mom & I’s song by calling my husband and his mom to the stage. The photographer had to tell him that it was the wrong song while they were dancing. I also specified to play the entire daddy daughter dance song, which was cut short.

Our coordinator also was MIA during the reception. We were super late because no one was telling us where to be. The photographer was the one who started taking charge of that. Shoutout to Emily Chappell productions, one of the best vendors we had. We had to cut some of our planned activities because we were short on time.

The venue itself was beautiful & it was a nice wedding, but the small oversights really dropped my opinion of this wedding venue.

We had the most incredible experience with the team at Chapel Ana Villa, and we truly cannot recommend them enough!

From the very beginning, Beth, our wedding planner, was absolutely outstanding. She has been with us every step of the way and made us feel so welcomed, supported, and celebrated as a queer couple. That meant more to us than we can fully put into words. Beth was always quick to respond to emails, incredibly patient with every question (and we had a lot!), and consistently made the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care set the tone for everything.

On the day of the wedding, McKenna, our coordinator, was amazing. She kept everything running seamlessly behind the scenes so we could actually be present and enjoy our day without worrying about a thing.

James, our DJ, absolutely nailed it. The music, the energy, the timing—everything was perfect, and the dance floor stayed full all night. He really understood the vibe we wanted and delivered beyond expectations.

Bree, our photographer, was also incredible to work with. She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and captured the joy and emotion of the day so beautifully. We are so excited to relive those moments through her photos.

Overall, Chapel Ana Villa gave us a wedding day that felt joyful, organized, and truly “us.” We are so grateful to this amazing team for making our day unforgettable!

We had our wedding here in July and could not say enough amazing words! Beth was my planner and was amazing from the start to the wedding day. Nicole was our other coordinator that helped rehearsal and wedding day and was amazing! The venue was gorgeous and prime location for out of town guests with the hotels walking distance to the venue. Our guests were amazed at the location, things to do around, hotels nearby, and loved the venue. Our wedding went perfectly and according to the schedule, couldn’t have asked for anything better!
The vendors were all through Walter’s and they were amazing! Everyone was on time, had clear communication and the product was beautiful!

Had a great tour experience with Christine! We are from out of state and she was very accommodating with setting up our tour that worked best for our schedule. We were able to tour the chapel and both reception venues. All venues were even more beautiful in person! Spacious getting ready spaces for each bridal party, gorgeous chapel for ceremony, and dreamy ballroom to celebrate! I enjoyed the many outdoor spaces for hosting guests. Everywhere was very clean and was the best airconditioned location we had visitied.

Christine was very organized and the venues had many different options when it came to food, beverage, and vendor packages. I liked the numerous customization options and relationships the venue had with the vendors. They will have vendor showcases throughout the year as well that I recommend checking out! Overall this venue had everything my future husband and I were looking for when dreaming of our special day! Highly recommend touring to see for yourself!

Our experience was wonderful! Emily, Madison, and Hallie were absolutely amazing. They were so cheerful, prompt, helpful and knowledgeable leading up to the wedding. Day-of they were incredible and made our day so much easier and hiccup-free. We had zero issues. They were very professional just overall great.

The venue was gorgeous with so many great places to take pictures. The food was great! They were efficient and accommodating in the planning process for our guests that had special dietary needs. The bridal suite is perfect, and our families loved the location with lots to do around The Colony, and the hotels that are in the venue parking lot.
