Entering Rio’s studio is like entering a sanctuary. Just being surrounded by her calm presence is already nourishing.

I had the chance to attend both her somatic and bioenergetic therapy sessions. I recommended all of them—they each offer a different kind of safe space. The sessions are very organic as she attentively responds to the needs of our body, whether it is verbal or not. Something mysterious happens when her hands are at work. A warm soothing energy can be felt. I have never experienced anything like this before!

I feel very grateful to have come across Rio. She is a reminder about life’s sacredness.

Rio is amazing! Her somatic session helped me feel grounded and more connected to myself. The mix of bioenergetics and Reiki was powerful, and she creates such a calm, supportive space. Highly recommend!

I have had several bioenergetics sessions with Rio and attended a couple of her workshops. All of it has been incredible. I've felt a very noticeable shift in my energy after each 1-1 session and I'm excited to continue exploring this kind of healing work with Rio. She is a highly present and sensitive practitioner who I feel very safe with. Highly recommend :)

Rio is a highly gifted practitioner and educator. I have had the great pleasure of seeing her for a somatic therapy session as well as a number of workshops (which included reiki) over the last couple years, all of which have given me invaluable insight and healing. Rio has a welcoming energy, powerful intuitive connection, and an ability to share her wisdom with ease. She is truly an expert in creating and maintaining space for deep transformation.
I will continue to try and attend as many of her workshops as I can and look forward to working with her in other 1-on-1 modalities as well!

I always have incredible Reiki sessions with Rio! She has helped me learn so much and I feel completely renewed after every session. I have been learning Reiki through her online lessons and I have done multiple distance Reiki sessions by her-- she has helped me navigate through various different situations. Her insight and messages are always on point!
