I used to come here 20 years ago with my Jetta. They were great. I was worried when recently we bought a VW again that the service would be different with new ownership. I was pleasantly surprised. They are reasonably priced and very friendly. Shout out to Joey for his awesome service. I came by with no appointment because some warnings came up on my car while driving. They checked it out and even aired all my tires. Told me what to check for. This auto shop is the main reason I will probably continue buying VW!

We've been to VW mechanics all over the Portland metro area over the last 10+ years. If you have a European car, this is the place to take it. There are many repair shops to be found in the area, but it is hard to find people as kind and honest and friendly as the team at Trafton's, and they stand by their work. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Great place to bring your Porsche, the repairs have always been fixed first time around when I come in with issues its kind of hard to find shops like that and there are usually some cool cars on the lot in for service when you go to drop off. Here is a photo I took last time I was in

I highly reccomend Traftons! Bought my 2014 Audi Q5 from a dealer and took it to Traftons for an after inspection, Jadon did a full inspection and let me know what was urgently needing to be fixed. I had my car back in 2 days! It’s hard to find a shop that’s both fast and affordable, but they definitely delivered on both. I’ll absolutely be coming back for future repairs and maintenance. They also have a SUPER cool salt water fish tank and lots of plants to check out while waiting!

I took my rabbit in for service, it was making some awful noises. Eric did some great work to it, definitely gave it the tune up it needed. Great mechanic and a great place to take your VW.
nice plants and a fish tank inside
