Michael is a very hard working young man. He just finished educating me on the 9 zones of my drip irrigation system and was respectful and patient. Prior to this he tracked down a cracked irrigation pvc pipe, doing the work of 2 men.Many thanks Michael!

My son answered the door and was surprised to see him as no one called. he was very professional and did a good job. I notice price went up but like everything else whats new. love your product and my poor lawn does very well with it.

The sales department will lie to you to get your business.

We signed up needing services every other Friday. They said this would not be an issue, but they constantly schedule us for random days. Since we want to make sure our dogs are inside so they don't get out of the yard or exposed to pesticides or weedkiller, so we asked to have people contact us BEFORE they are coming out for service but only a few techs do, either because they weren't told or didn't care to.

We put up with this for far too long because a few of the techs were really good, we kept hoping they'd get better, and just plain procrastination on our part.

You shouldn't have to adjust your schedule to make it more convenient for the company that you're paying, it should be the other way around. The only reason this review is 2 stars instead of 1 is because of a few awesome techs that work there.

Even cancelling was a bit of a headache. 11 minutes on hold to then be transferred and spend another 7 minutes on hold. I shouldn't have to waste another 20 minutes of my time to cancel my service. This should be something I can easily do online.

I will say that the person I talked to when cancelling seemed fairly pleasant and interested in solving this issues, but unfortunately so did everyone I've talked to previously and nothing has ever been fixed. Mistakes and miscommunications happen and people aren't perfect. It's how those mistakes are handled that shows you what you need to know about a company.

Senkse as a company has shown me time and time again that they do not deserve my business and they probably don't deserve yours either.

Jose was so polite and ask how we enjoyed our Christmas decorations. We told him how happy we were, our neighbors, and others who commented to us. He really worked hard to take everything down. Senske should be proud of Jose as he represented your company!!!
