Absolutely horrible experience. I have TMJ in my jaw and the hygienist didn’t seem to care. I’ve never been in so much pain, hours after the appointment, my jaw feels like it’s been punched. I only go here because it’s covered under my dad’s insurance. Yet today, they claimed the insurance suddenly disappeared and that they didn’t have any on file. I got a bite guard through them a couple months prior and had insurance, there has be no change in insurance!!! They charged me almost $200, why would I come in for a cleaning if I didn’t have insurance? Absolutely furious, my family and I will never return!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel comfortable right away. The office itself is spotless, modern, and very welcoming, which immediately put me at ease.

The dentist was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and gentle throughout the entire visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I really appreciated how thorough and attentive they were—it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients.

The entire team works seamlessly together, and you can tell they take pride in providing top-notch care. I never felt rushed, and the level of attention to detail was impressive.

First impressions mean a lot!
Staff & Doctor were all super nice & welcoming! They took all 5 of my children as new patients without hesitation. I’ve been looking for a dentist for over 8 months for my children & im very happy with my choice! I also love that they have a play room of the children to play while waiting to go back or just waiting for their siblings turn!
Office is Very clean, cozy & just so welcoming all around! Highly recommend!

My first time at dr C's office, I seen Kris,hygienist, today and she was very professional, full of knowledge and personable. She gave my teeth alot of time and effort and made them look beautiful and white again as I'm a coffee and tea drinker. Thankyou thankyou thankyou. Also the receptionist was very welcoming and knew who I was before telling her my name. These girls are top notch! 🥰😍

My son has the worst anxiety when he goes to the dentist and usually can never get through a cleaning, so I wasn’t sure what to expect; turns out, this place is absolutely amazing and his hygienist was fantastic with him! She took the time to tell him the name of each tool and what it did, so he knew what to expect and wasn’t so fearful. She was even able to get him to complete the X-Rays! I was so impressed. A big thank you to Dr. Cichoracki and Ms. Stacey for the wonderful experience!
