I'm actually extremely disappointed and just deleted a 5 star review for the first time in my life. I was so excited that my son finally tried a new food per Sam's recommendation, the Akawi cheese pie, it was fantastic... but I don't know how long my order sat while we chatted about anime before I finally noticed there was a Togo sitting on the other side of the counter. He had forgotten that it was ready, and I was seated as I just suffered an injury so I didn't see it clearly.

We didn't realize until we got back to the hotel that he ALSO forgot the wings so now my partner has to drive all the way back. Because the order sat, my garlic bread that Sam raved about being made in house is rubbery and ice cold now. Not even the lasagna was still hot.

We chose a place 5 minutes from our hotel that makes everything fresh for a reason. We have been having the week from absolute hell and this was just the nail in the coffin. My partner is still starving, on his way to pick up wings that my daughter is begging to share. I'm literally crying in bed only having eaten 3 bites of cold lasagna before I lost my appetite. There's not even a microwave in my hotel room to warm it up. Depressing waste of $55......including a 20% cash tip because we are so happy with his energy and passion about the food. Wish we could have gotten to enjoy it the way it was meant to be. Maybe the salad will still be good tomorrow.

Update!!!!! FINALLY GOT THE WINGS, WHAT ON EARTH IS THIS?? THIS DOESN'T EVEN LOOK LIKE CHICKEN!

We love this place and order from here all the time. Uber messed up our order and when we went up there to get the correct order Mohammed was extremely kind, remade our order fresh and even ran outside to ensure i got the (delicious) alfredo sauce i requested. The food is always 10/10, highly recommend this place. The pictures speak for themselves!

I typically I like this place but booting us for tying to eat our to go order real quick was pretty unsettling. We were in a rush and did an online order and still ended up waited so we tried to eat Inside and we're told it was dine in and had to leave. Granted no one was rude, was just kind of wild to us. It's way to expensive to be turning people away in house, and then charging a $1 for a sealed marinera, not even fresh. But other then that, the taste is fine.

How can you claim that you're a middle eastern restaurant and serve literally the worst zaatar I have ever had. It was extremely burnt and dry. Tasted like rubber.

Service sucked too, they think they're better than everyone.
