Four months of waiting only to be told the work wouldn't be done after all, claiming they don't take on jobs downtown due to a lack of parking. They washed their hands of it, saying the concierge hadn't sent the message and no deposit had been taken. Even the sales representative was still waiting for the job. My concierge denied everything and reminded me himself that the City offers a free service for reserving street parking for construction or moving. It's a shame; they were referred to me by a friend, but I don't recommend them.

I had a door installed in early 2020. After an initial adjustment issue, condensation problems arose. They sent a technician to install mineral wool insulation in the handle. With a mild winter like 2020-2021, the problem seemed to be resolved, but with the frigid temperatures of this year, 2021-2022, they say it's normal because the last technician left a note stating that my house is too humid at 40% relative humidity. They are now refusing to provide service.

If you have unfortunately already purchased from them and need after-sales service, be careful not to discuss anything with their technicians. They will use it against you.

The only problem was that the employee who came to install the windows had to come back to install the moldings around them (the contract stipulated he would return later). He raised his voice because he wasn't happy; one of the moldings had a slightly more complex cut, and it was taking him longer than he had anticipated. I've been renovating for several months and have managed the project myself. He was the least courteous person I've ever dealt with.

The sales service was excellent, and the installation was well done. No complaints there. So, good quality and good sales service, but the courtesy of the installation workers needs improvement.
