My partner and I purchased our first home a few months ago and noticed that our roof started to leak and cave in on itself. This was extremely shocking as our inspection said it was all in order.

After bringing this up with a close friend of mine, he recommended YS Roofing and I received Simon's contact information. I have to say, without a shadow of a doubt, that Simon and YS Roofing were the best decision we made to get the roof fixed. Simon immediately gave me a date to meet and access the roof. He was very professional and understanding of what we needed done.

The estimate was very fair and work began quickly. We had our entire roof replaced in a day! The crew was very professional, they cleaned up after themselves and kept us in the loop for every step of the way. We ran into one hiccup where there was more rotting plywood that needed to be replaced. YS Roofing provided a reasonable price for the extra labour + materials that needed to be done.

Overall I would highly recommend YS Roofing for any of your roofing needs. They are very quick to respond and plan a date for work to be done. They are professional, work well and offer a great price. 10/10!

Simon and his crew did a fantastic job on my roof. When I called for a quote, he was over in an hour with samples and talked to me about his products and options. He inspected on top of my roof and helped fix my chimney cap too.

He offers a strong warranty with industry leading products at a competitive price. I haven't tested the warranty yet, as nothing has gone wrong so far, though it has only been 2 days and 1 storm since installation.

His crew did a good job at cleaning up the site and appeared when they said they would, and provided accurate time estimates for how long the work would take.

I also felt assured that his business was providing a great service as he shared his WSIB/liability insurance certificates with me, without me having to ask.

I am confident that YS Roofing's work will hold up and that they will honour their warranty if required. Would use again and recommend to my friends and neighbours.

Services provided: replace asphalt shingles & underlayment, new eavestroughs & downspouts, replace chimney cap.

YS Roofing has an outstanding team. Simon, the Managing Director, is very kind, respectful, and clearly takes pride in leading a professional crew.

We contacted them to repair our roof, fix the chimney, and install a roof turbine. The pricing was very reasonable, and the team worked quickly and efficiently without compromising quality.

What impressed us most was their professionalism and attention to detail. After completing the job, they carefully cleaned up all the debris and left the area spotless.

It’s not easy to find contractors who are reliable, honest, and efficient, but YS Roofing delivered on all fronts. I highly recommend Simon and his team to anyone needing roof repairs or roofing services.

YS Roofing did a great job repairing our roof in North York. Simon was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the leak and repaired it the same day. The workmanship was excellent and the communication was very clear. I would definitely recommend YS Roofing to anyone looking for roof repair or a roofing company in North York.

I had contacted Simon for my roof a couple years ago and he was the most friendly of 4-5 companies that I got quotes from. He was very honest and gave me a lot of options with no pressure. His crew is very respectful, professional and work extremely efficiently.

I recently called him again for another job to replace the eavestrough with downpipes and his crew did a great job.

I have already recommended him to numerous people and would not hesitate to hire him again.
