We had a musky smell in our house after it rains. We got several quotes to encapsulated the crawl space but Crawl Space Ninja was the best for the money. We have a lifetime warranty on the encapsulation and they did a really good job. Our home smells wonderful after a rain now and the crawl space is pristine. I even joke that the crawl space can be my doghouse when I get in trouble with my wife. All I would need is a TV and a comfortable chair down there.

After fielding a handful of quotes we decided to go with Crawlspace Ninja. We felt like they were the most knowledgeable of the companies that we spoke with and they actually had the best quote as well.

The team they sent were on time and worked hard all throughout the day while they were at our home. They finished the job in just a few days. The lead technician Noah was very communicative and courteous. Time of course will tell how the system holds up and how effective it is but the guarantees and warranties they offer were also a huge factor in us choosing this company as they are standing by their work pretty firmly.

No one wants to deal with and invest large chunks of money into a moisture issue under their home but we felt that it was the right choice to make for us and would recommend Crawlspace ninja to you if you are going to have similar work done to your home.

Insulation was removed, mold was killed, and our crawl space was encapsulated. In comparison to other companies, the cost was reasonable and the payment options helpful. Kristen was professional and seemed very knowledgeable. Her best quality was that she did not pressure us, giving us much more time to decide than the one day another company offered. Noah and his crew were very thorough and courteous. His crew completed the job in a timely manner and the trash was all removed. Michael, during his inspection, patiently explained what was done to me so I could write it down. We have and will continue to recommend your company. Thanks for cleaning us up!

Having a crawl space is a new for us. The team at Crawl Space Ninja was just what we needed to understand this new aspect of home ownership. They were patient and took time to educate us on the benefits and challenges of crawl spaces. They were knowledgeable of our area, the climate, and how the environment impacts crawl space management. Its so nice to have a company respond quickly and actually be on time to give a complete and professional quote !!!
I left a voice mail on phone & Josie called back within 5 minutes & set up an appointment with Zack that week.
Zack was on time, and provided me with detailed pictures of my entire crawl space & took the time to answer ALL of my questions. The 2 quotes he provided were excellent and gave me choices on how to solve the moisture problems in my home.
