Jason McKenzie came out for an estimate for my home he was very honest and explained that I didn’t need a beam put in and if I am going to remodel the bathrooms to just take out the subfloor which would fix the problem. Todd, the Home Care Specialist, was more than a pleasure to meet. He patiently and professionally explained to us what we should do to keep the water out of our inhome storm shelter. He did a complete inspection around and under our home. He presented optional plans and pricing to remediate our issues. Again, Todd was professional and he was personable, if ever necessary, we would ask to have Todd back at our home to discuss any issues. I highly recommend Crawl Space Ninja. The business office staff also deserve a mention of excellence and a pleasure to speak with. The company promptly returns phone calls if you have to leave a message because they maybe busy with other clients. The repair team, Kaleb, Chris and Riley arrived punctually. They were all great, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and professional. The repair team worked diligently (even in the rain). Crawl Space Ninja did a fantastic job at our house in Huntsville! My husband and I got quotes from three companies, and not only was CSN the most competitively priced, they also felt the most honest and thoughtful. It didn’t feel like they were trying to sell us expensive “frills” — they were no nonsense. Nick Watts was the specialist who put together our quote, and I’ve never met someone so helpful and personable from start to finish. Even when their electrician had to make a hole in our bedroom wall to run a power line down into the crawl space, Nick came back out and patched the hole himself AND cleaned up after! Who does that?! Then, there was the amazing team that did the encapsulation! We were so lucky to get Donovan, Caleb, and Payton — they were incredibly professional and did a beautiful job. I got tons of updates from Donovan, who was very informative, hard-working, and kind. Last but not least, Kathy in the office is a gem and made me laugh every time I called her!! I’ve followed the CSN YouTube channel for about a year, so I was already a fan. But I didn’t expect to become a fan of every single person who works there. Thanks, guys!
