Nate came out and worked diligently to resolve my issue. He was helpful and explained things in a way that I understood without making me feel unqualified or unable to ask questions. We resolved the issue and have a plan for follow up if there are any possible issues down the road. 5 out of 5 will be recommending

We had a plumber come out today, Kenneth, and I was very impressed with the service! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was great to work with. It’s always appreciated when you have someone who not only knows what they’re doing but also provides excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

We had a leak with our water heater. Chandler came out to access it on a Sunday evening. After checking it out we all decided to go ahead and replace it. He arrived the next morning to do the install. Chandler and Nate were an excellent team! They answered all our questions and were very polite. I’m very happy with our new water heater! They did a great job with clean up after the job. Next time I have plumbing issues I will definitely ask for these two!

I needed a water line and toilet replaced on a Saturday night. I called one of the other "big name" all-in-one shop. We'll have your technician call you when he's on his way. I wait an hour, no call. I call Roto-Rooter, get a text within 30 minutes telling me the tech, Thomas, was coming. Tom was at the house within an hour. He went to Lowe's to pick up some parts, came back, fixed the water line, replaced the toilet, was paid and gone for about 30 minutes when I get a text from the "all-in-one" shop that their tech was coming between 11:30-11:45 p.m., even though I called it off when Roto-Rooter arrived.

Tom deserves a raise. Very professional and efficient.

Chandler did an amazing job! He came out to help unclog our main line and fix a leaky toilet, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. He was very kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated. You can tell he cares about doing things right and making sure you understand what’s going on. I’d definitely recommend him and would happily call him again in the future!
