Our technician Wesam was incredible! I called at 8pm for an emergency flood and he was there before 845, he was able to diagnose the problem and worked hard until it was resolved- he didnt finish until after 12am!

He explained what he was doing patiently each step of the way and explained the next steps for what I need to do.

Super happy with Wesam!

*note for management:

Wesam really is amazing. Last night while working on the outside main lines, in the dark- the actual snake machine BROKE while about 50+ feet of snake was underground. A piece of the drum popped off and flew across the lawn. Wesam had to disassemble the WHOLE DAMN MACHINE to put the bolt back on and get the machine working again. (The drum was off-center without the bolt in place, could not put bolt back on until drum was centered and that required full removal of drum and reseating. Then the belt had to be recentered around the drum and put back over the motor)

It took him like 2 hours, outside, in the dark.

He was dedicated and clever. Please make sure you fix that machine for him.

And make sure you consider a raise for him. That man is WORTH IT.

Rotor Rooter provided same day service! Mr. Young was prompt, thorough and efficient. The problem was verified and corrected all within a two hour time frame. Excellent!

The service we received was very quick and reliable. The gentleman was extremely nice and provided us with exactly the information we needed. Going forward to watch for further issues. Would definitely recommend to other people thank you

I had previously called another company and their absolutely terrible and disrespectful service pushed me to find an alternative. So thankful I did because Emmanuel & Marcus both provided 5 star service from start to finish. Thanks for all the help guys, really appreciate the work to resolve my basement sewage flood and resulting mitigation.

We recently just bought a new fridge and during delivery we were told we needed a whole new hook up thing (too much to describe). We were told we needed a plumber ASAP. Marcus came out on a sunday the day after 4th of July. Very knowledgeable and laid back. Definitely calmed us down and gave us some good much needed laughs. He was able to get us scheduled for the next day to get things going. Kevin came out the next day and he was very upfront and honest about what needed to be done or in this case not be done. I appreciated his honesty and taking the time to explain everything very well. In the end, we didn't end up needing any work done. But the professionalism of both plumbers was very much needed after dealing with a not so pleasant delivery driver not related to this company in any way. We do have some stuff in our house that needs done and they will be the first company we call when we are ready for that work to be done! These two went above and beyond for us, thank you guys! I'd give 100 stars if I could!
