Zack showed up on time and got the clog cleared, so the actual service itself was solid.
The communication side of things could use some work, though. I was told I'd get an email confirmation when I scheduled and never did.
After the job, Zack mentioned someone would come between 2 and 4 with a camera scope and that I'd get a call beforehand. No one came and no one called. Someone did show up later to do an inspection, but he didn't seem to know why he was there, and no one had contacted me to let me know he was coming.
Also a small thing, but Zack didn't wear booties and it was raining, so the floors inside were left dirty.
The plumbing work got done and that's what matters most. I just wish the communication and follow-through matched the quality of the actual service.

Oh my goodness. Well, these guys did such a phenomenal job saving my kitty! They explored every option possible to help me get her back. These guys were just very passionate, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire time. They were definitely very easy to get along with, and It was very heartwarming for them to see that they cared as much as I did when we finally found her.
Whenever I was worried and full of anxiety, they did an amazing job helping me the reassured, and that no matter what we would find her! They gave me really solid advice and I will definitely never forget this experience.
Jacob was definitely very reassuring and empathetic. Elijah was definitely really knowledgeable and he just kept me updated on everything that was going on. Both Jacob and Elijah with the first two people to find my kitty on the camera. Stewart came in later, and he brought in the camera to help us find her, Even though he wasn’t originally assigned to help me with my situation, he’s still took time out of his day to come down and help me!
I highly recommend this company to anyone who are looking for people who actually care about your situation. For me, it’s really important to work with people who don’t blow me off as if I’m just another customer. When someone has actual empathy for you, you can see it. And I think these guys demonstrated that very well. If your cat ever gets stuck in the event, definitely do not call the fire department, animal control, The police department . These guys will get it handled for you.

Jake and Chad did an excellent job with our floor drain. Very personable and professional. The work is guaranteed for six months which is a plus. Not cheap, but what is these days. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to address your plumbing issues.

I wrote up a review weeks ago but it looks like it didn’t post. The quality of service I received on a Friday night warrants me making sure it is known! I wish I could remember the guys names that came to my aid but I can’t. They were totally professional and were quick to get my main sewer line cleaned out and scoped. The last one to leave, just minutes before midnight even helped me with reinstalling my toilet. I highly recommend this company for their quick response time after hours on a Friday night, for their employees professionalism and was not as much as I thought it would be for an after hours call!

We had a major drainage issue that was affecting multiple drains in the house, Jacob was incredible from start to finish. He arrived quickly, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently to get the problem completely fixed. He was professional, honest, and made sure everything was draining properly before leaving. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. The pricing was fair, the service was excellent, and he left the area clean afterward. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing or drain work done! He was really friendly! Thia boy needs a raise! ♡♡
