Michael Wadler came recommended by a friend and absolutely delivered for us. He gave us prudent and accurate advice on our eviction case against the tenant. He also won a judgment against the tenant, recovering some fees and mostly offsetting our cost. Finally he was able to get the nuisance lawsuit against us dismissed with a minimum of fuss, allowing us to lower our stress and get on with our lives. Highly recommended for someone who will give you options on how you want to proceed and minimize the trouble in your life.
