Adan and the entire Skilled Roofing team went above and beyond in every way. This was a major project with almost 7,000sq/ft of roofing on a roof that was neglected in every way. This was a full tear off of shingles, 190 sheets of plywood, fascia boards, required new insulation throughout the entire attic, all new venting and even 2 chimneys removed all of which we knew of from the home inspection.

Throughout the entire process Adan and the team verified what was initially found from inspection, provided pictures and walkthroughs of everything they found along with the original inspector. They were upfront and honest about what we could do to save certain things, what should be done as a must and really communicated well. The entire team was punctual, professional, clean and most important did amazing work.

I definitely recommend the skilled Roofing team to anyone needing a new roof and want it done correctly.

Skilled Roofing was very easy to work with and flexible with my needs. My husband passed away and i was quickly needing to sell my house and found out that I needed to replace my roof before moving. Skilled Roofing worked with me, got me scheduled and my new roof looks amazing! The crew that worked on it was professional, showed up on time each day, worked long hours to get the roof done in my tight time frame and cleaned up well everyday. There was excellent communication by the owners and office manager and they were always were there to answer questions or help work through my specific needs or issues. Thank you Skilled Roofing for a job well done!

Adan and his crew were very good and I would recommend highly.

When I had him come to do an inspection I could tell he was good because nobody has crawled all the way through our attic since we built the house 20 years ago. He did a great job inspecting and even caught where the builder/roofer had made a roof vent cut out and never put it in and just laid roofing material over the hole. Our inspection company didn't even pick that up.

I was very pleased with the job they did and the care they gave our home during the re-roofing process. Tear off down to sheeting with multiple sheets replaced and re-roofed with much better product from what they removed. They installed all metal plumbing vents and roof vents for our fans instead of the cheap plastic ones that had cracked over the 20 years they were up there.

They cleaned nightly and ran magnets through our flower beds to catch loose nails that got away. We had neighbors come out and say they were impressed with the cleanliness and the crew he had working with him.

I've always liked when the owner is out with his crew working and that's what Adan did. So many companies the owner comes to bid the job and gets his crew started and heads off to leave his crew to do the work.

The best compliment you can give a company is that you would recommend them to family and friends and I would with Skilled Roofing.

We hired big name roofing companies before to repair and later installed new roof on our primary house. With the rental house, we got quotes from them plus one from Adan.
Adan is the only one showed up on time and provided a very thorough inspection report with pictures and his quote is the most reasonable!
We are so glad we went with Skilled Roofing. Adan’s team gave us a brand new roof that we know it’s well done and the crew did an excellent job cleaning up the parameters. No loose shingles, no trash and no nails, not even in our flower beds! We highly recommend Skilled Roofing. 👍

My 18-year-old roof was starting to show signs of wear and tear. A family relative had their roof replaced by Skilled Roofing and highly recommended them, so I decided to give them a try—and it turned out to be a great decision.

The manager/owner, Adan, and his team are truly top-notch. Communication was excellent—quick, clear, and efficient. Sandra was always on top of things, explaining details thoroughly and keeping everything well organized. Adan himself was terrific: he answered all my questions, shared helpful information, explained the work progress, and provided honest, practical recommendations.

For example, some existing plywood sheets were damaged due to water seepage, and Adan correctly suggested replacing them. When I asked whether the undamaged sheets should also be replaced, he clearly said it's an option but wasn’t necessary. I truly appreciated his honesty and professionalism.

The crew did excellent work as well. They were disciplined, polite, and accommodating. Once the job was complete, they cleaned the area thoroughly and left everything neat and tidy.
If you’re looking for a professional, reliable, and reasonably priced roofing company, I highly recommend Skilled Roofing. You won’t regret it.
