Farrah is truly one of the best insurance representatives I have ever worked with. She helped me understand my policy and guided me to which policy best would fit my need. She’s incredibly nice and has a very positive personality. I would reccomend her to anyone that needs to get motorcycle insurance from Desjardins.

Ain't gonna lie, this was hands down one of the worst experiences I ever had dealin' with an insurance agent.

I pulled up to the spot just tryna get my car properly insured like anybody else tryna stay legal, but the second we started talkin' numbers, this dude started tryna tax and overcharge me for no reason. The quote he gave me was straight ridiculous, like way too high. He thought I was born yesterday! I was sittin' there thinkin' like man, at least show a brother some love, fam?! But nah, every answer was cold, every number higher than it needed to be, like he was personally tryna punish me.

What really got me heated was how this guy was movin'. Zero respect, zero customer service, no effort to make me feel welcome. Just straight attitude the whole time. Felt like he already profiled me the moment I walked in, saw a Black man from the hood and decided I was gonna get the special treatment. In a city like Toronto where folks come from all different backgrounds, this kind of biased mess ain't how you handle business!

Real talk, the whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth and had me heated. The way he was treatin' me, talkin' down and hittin' me with that crazy high rate, made it clear he was discriminatin' because I'm Black. That made me even more angry. I came in ready to spend my money and leave as a satisfied customer. Instead, I walked out feelin' disrespected, played, and straight overcharged.

Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Stay away if you're Black they clearly got some bias goin' on. Terrible service! 👎🏿

Danny is extremely professional. If he sees there’s a better deal out there for you, he’ll guide you in the right direction, even if it means he won’t keep you as a client. His work ethic is truly outstanding. Needless to say, his charm and charisma shine through in every interaction. I highly recommend giving him a call to see if you’re getting the best deal.
