I have had occasion to use this shop twice, once for a phone screen replacement and just recently to replace my phone selfie camera. Both times I experienced excellent, courteous service. The phone screen did not work out the first time so Moe replaced it with absolutely no hassle. He is a very competent professional with whom to work and I will definitely return when my phone needs service again. I heartily recommend him!

Brought my google pixel 8 pro in about a year or two ago with a black dead screen, needed a replacement. Guy quoted me $700 for a genuine google screen and service. I was totally cool with that, no problems. I got the phone back working completely fine, good screen. in about 2 months the screen dies again, and when I checked it there was no adhesive or nothing, the screen literally peels off with my fingernail. for $700 I feel like the least you could do with a "genuine replacement screen from google" is repair it properly enough that my fingernail can't pry the screen off. It seems like it may have been a one off, but I don't think I'll ever return based off of my previous experience, thought I'd add my experiences just in case.

The owner is a scammer :/ i took my phone to get water damage repaired a few weeks ago and was told that all he was going to do was replace the battery and the motherboard to see if it would turn on so its data could be recovered. he charged me 100 dollars for that service upfront, and said we could discuss the price of fixing my damaged screen, camera, and glass back AFTER the water damage was fixed. i confirmed with him SEVERAL TIMES OVER that those two things were ALL he was going to do, and he said yes every time. a week of waiting later, i pick my phone and he has repaired both my camera and the glass back WITHOUT MY CONSENT and he sprang me with a 300 dollar charge he told me i wouldnt have to pay. hes like a car repair man that upcharges you for things you dont want. he didnt even disrespect me with dignity and fix everything on my phone, he left my screen BROKEN and had the audacity to say he could fix it for an extra charge????????? and not only that!! he fixed the glass over my camera WITHOUT CLEANING THE LENSE FIRST so now all my photos are PERMENANTLY BLURRY!!!! i ended up paying 400 dollars (DOUBLE what my phone is worth) just to have something in barely batter condition than before, and now i cant justify buying a new one like i originally intended, or fixing my camera AGAIN because ive already spent so much. at first i gave him the benfit of the doubt hoping maybe it was just a miscommunication, but judging by the fact he was pretty much silent when i picked up my phone and expressed my disappointment and confusion, it was more than likely on purpose. so yeah, never take your phone to this guy unless you record him saying what hes gonna do and get everything in writing. at least i know how to never get scammed like this ever again.
