Great company! Solid customer support and team that genuinely cares about what they do and how they operate. I use their marina products and I have never had a bad experiance.

I brought a Buck Algonquin gland style packing box for my boat. The gland wouldn't fit into the box so it of course never would have compressed the packing. The distributor said it would be 5-6 weeks to get a replacement! At $40+ a day for the boat to sit in the boat yard that wasn't acceptable so I finally had to file the outside of the gland down so it would fully insert. Then I found out the hole in the gland that the bolts passed through were not centered and the bolts caused the gland to bind up. So had to file the holes till they didn't cause binding. So 2 different manufacturing errors that I had to manually correct.

Great customer service - very responsive. Provided several flanges and corresponding hardware to allow me to get my vintage boat back into the water.
