I had a great experience getting my Sub-Zero freezer (Frigidaire) serviced. The company arrived right on time, and the technicians are professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain everything and accurately diagnosed the issue without any guesswork.

Best of all, my freezer was working properly again immediately after they finished the job. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.

I had previously used Solar Appliance, and unfortunately, that experience was completely different—they were totally incompetent and couldn’t resolve the issue. This company, on the other hand, did everything right. I highly recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair

Asked for pictures of my ice maker and refrigerator serial number to identify what parts may be required to make the repair when they came out
The repair person analyzized the problem fixed it all within an hour
Ther repair person was very knowledgeable. He was personable
I am very happy.
I would recommend this company.

Once I discovered Pro Appliance Repair, I have not used anyone else. Paige (mom) handles the dispatch for her husband and their sons doing the work. Good work. Fair prices. Prompt service. Pretty much everything I want and need in appliance repairmen. And very nice people, too.

Improperly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator. My refrigerator is still broken despite two attempts at repairing it. However, I paid for it to be repaired. First time the company tried to repair it they purchased the wrong part. Had to come back the next week. Nearly $500 later I am left with the same problems (ice machine and water dispenser issues) and some suggestions on how I may fix it on my own. Damaged my hardwood floor too. The technician promised that someone would reach out to discuss the issues but no one has contacted me except for a request to write a review.
