My wife and I wanted estimates for several projects in our front and backyard after seeing this company recommended multiple times on Facebook. James came out for the estimate and was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He answered all of our questions and said he would send us an estimate shortly, which he did.

We decided to start with a few smaller projects first, including removing and replacing some dying bushes on our property. James said it would be a simple job and, if time permitted, his team would come out that weekend to complete it.

Unfortunately, that never happened. Weeks went by, and each time I reached out for an update, I either received no response or was told it would be done the following week. I completely understand that late spring and early summer are extremely busy seasons for landscaping companies, and delays can happen. However, the lack of communication and repeated missed timelines were unacceptable.

After several weeks, I emailed the office and was told the team was very busy and would be out in about a week and a half. That deadline also passed without any communication. At that point, I reached out one final time to let them know we would be taking our business elsewhere. Clear communication and honest timelines go a long way, and unfortunately, that was missing throughout this experience.

I can’t speak to the quality of their landscaping work because the project was never started, but based on my experience, the customer service and communication were disappointing. It ultimately felt like they weren’t interested in earning our business.

Hired JT’s to rebuild my deck and build a paver area for new hot tub. Jim is a great guy to work with. Fair clear pricing, kept a clean worksite and beautiful craftsmanship. The workers did a great job and really went above to ensure everything was done right. Beautiful results, done right, on time. Highly recommend!

After a severe storm caused a large tree to fall on my property, JT Landscaping responded promptly and arrived the very next day to remove it. Their team worked efficiently and professionally, even restoring my driveway after the tree roots had damaged it. James was extremely helpful in guiding me through the insurance process and ensured everything was handled smoothly. Thanks to JT Landscaping, my property was restored to its original condition in no time. I highly recommend them for any tree service needs — professional, courteous, and reliable.”

Would highly recommend JT's. I finally decided to pull the trigger on enhancing my backyard with a new patio. Jim was quick to respond and provide a quote. His team was able to start within a few days. Very happy with the efficient work they did with the patio, as well as adjusting some downspouts, patching my chimney, and some general landscaping. I'm looking forward to enjoying my new backyard space just in time for the warmer weather.

I can’t say enough good things about Jim and his team. They took on a huge job taking down 7 huge pines, taking down a rock and cement garage, excavated my backyard which was a huge hill. Flattened and graded everything, and installed a beautiful patio. I am so proud of my backyard and it is a night and day difference. Jim stayed in contact and did jobs as he could over a few weekends. All other tree companies were not available for months and JT’s team did everything within 3 weeks. Good workers, good work, good communication, and will work with you to make you happy.

I tried to include pictures so you could see the transformation. I hope you can see. I recommend these guys big time, you won’t be disappointed.
