Heather and Mike are fantastic. Mike came out to my office and had my windshield replaced in about an hour! It was super seamless, they were professional and communicated timely, and I was able to have my car back quickly. Best option in Madison for a windshield replacement.

If there was a minus 10 that is what I would rate them. I made an appointment, rearranged my schedule the be home, they didn't show up or call. I called them and was told they would contact the service guy and see where he was and how soon he would be here, they never call me back. Then I called several times and left a voice message and still nothing. Worse experience I've ever had with a company.
In response to your response. I have phone records where I called you. I immediately added the appointment to my calendar. If I am lying why did you tell me you would call the service person and let me know what time he would be here. Why did you not call me back when you said you would or call me back when I left you a voice message or even answer my call to you

I've used Dependable Auto Glass for maybe 20 years now. Love these guys. Very straight-up, easy to work with and best prices in town for windshield replacement. Mike and Heather have never let me down- thanks for being super Dependable!

Heather and Mike are great! Heather is super friendly and so helpful. It kept raining when we would schedule my installation, and Heather followed up to find another time that worked for me. They worked with my schedule and traveled all the way from Oregon to Baraboo--so helpful! The best part? WAY cheaper than anywhere else that I looked! I actually ended up forgetting about my appointment, and Mike came to my work while I had left for lunch. They both called me, and were still so nice and understandings. I came back to my work so Mike could replace my windshield, and he was equally as helpful as Heather! He explained the whole process to me, and let me know what was going on and what to expect. I really hope that I don't need another windshield here soon, but if I do, I know where I'm going. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Thank you both again!
