Just wanted to give a shout out to to the magnolia auto specialist crew for the jam up job on my Ole dodge ram, and to the auto technician CHRIS for walking me through each step that was performed and going above and beyond what I needed done. Every time I walk in to the time I leave im treated with respect and honesty. I drive 112 miles round trip to this shop and its worth every penny!! And a extra shout out to Jeremy and adam for making me feel like family!! Brought my fiancé’s car in for an oil change and had such a good experience that I came back with my own car a few days later. Both visits were quick and easy, about 45 minutes, and the pricing felt very fair without having to mess with coupons or sales pitches.

They also did a full look over and were refreshingly honest. Another shop had previously told me I needed new brakes, but Magnolia checked and said they were still in great shape. Even though it’s a bit of a drive for me, it’s absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be back.
