I booked a move out clean for April 25 at 9am, which was then pushed to 11am. On Sunday April 24, the day before our scheduled cleaning, I received a text from the company advising that they cancelled my booking due to staff shortage and had moved it to May 1st which was far too late for an end of month move out. They did manage to find staff and they completed the scheduled cleaning on April 25, but it took 2 cleaners nearly 7 hours to clean a 2 bed 2 bath unfurnished apartment. The apartment wasn't that dirty since we had a cleaner come every 2 weeks before we moved out, yet they still needed extra time. When I got there after the booking, I had to clean the den floor, dishwasher and washing machine. They did not wipe down the oven door or any of the cupboard doors. I was still charged full price plus the extra time even though the apartment wasn't completely clean and they had messed me around the day before trying to cancel the booking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company at all, it's not worth the money or time.

Tuya was awesome. We will definitely be coming back. Right away she checked with my pregnant wife about the products she would be using to make sure they were not too smelly or intense. Such customer service, attention to detail and care and it was greatly noticed.

I called in for a Standard Home cleaning package for basement suite Move in, move out with one bedroom and washroom. One of the workers arrived earlier than her co worker. They weren’t wearing any ID to indicate who they were working for but I know that they were coming. I was hoping they would be more cordial but I guess English wasn’t their first language. Interpersonal skills would need improvement especially for front line workers like themselves. Apparently they were on a tight schedule so they weren’t available to clean the blinds as I was too late in asking.
Cleaning of heavily greased surfaces were challenging as one of the workers was possibly on training. There was still some sticky film from grease on the cabinet door handles and on top of the microwave and fridge. The worker made sure that it was finished to my satisfaction. I was hoping that it would have been done right the first time. Chalk it up to inexperience. They at the end were able to clean to my satisfaction but I felt rather rushed in deciding if the work was up to standard. It could be me or it could be them but if they can get workers to be better at interpersonal skills, it can go a long way.
Upon further inspection, I’ve seen workers clean glass better than this crew.
