Mike Denslow with CMG Home Loans is hands down one of the best people we’ve ever worked with, both professionally and personally. We’ve trusted Mike with multiple mortgages over the years, and every single experience has been exceptional.

He makes the mortgage process incredibly easy. He’s responsive, knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. But what really sets Mike apart is the kind of person he is after the transaction is over.

We recently purchased a home and sold a home all within a 3 month timeframe. We worked with, Mark Carroll and Rosio Cardoza at CMG Mortgage. We needed to finance our new house in the event our listed home didn’t sell in a timely manner. Mark and Rosio assisted with the transition every step of the way and we couldn’t be more pleased. They responded to every text, phone call and email in a timely manner. Mark Carroll thoroughly explained all of the options, rates and fees in a way we understood. Rosio Cardoza locked us into a lower interest rate and kept us up to date on the process and we closed right on schedule.

My experience with Mark and his team was excellent. The loan process, from beginning to end, was incredibly easy, as far as these complex processes go, and glitch-free. Having bought homes with other lenders in the past, I can confidently say that this was by far the easiest and less stressful experience for me.

Rosio was there every step of the way, advising me and giving me helpful information on how to make the process seamless. Rosio and Mark were both quick to respond at all times, gave me ample notice for the procurement of the necessary documents, and always answered any questions that I had along the way, which were many.
