Every single person I saw in office made me feel so welcome and validated. Kacy helped me set up my appointment and guided me through the whole process. Becky was an amazing hygienist and explained everything thoroughly to help get my teeth back in shape. Dr. Asker was very knowledgeable and explained my conditions well. As someone who hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time, I had a lot of anxiety going in but I never once felt judged. Everyone there truly wants to help!

This dental visit was my 1st to get done on my own with my own benefits, so that was a major step forward. Had two decent cavities caused by failed fillings that needed to be refilled. My current co-worker told me his wife, Cassie, works the front desk. Was hesitant at 1st to make the call, however glad I did. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Cassie, who was very nice to talk with. Got in for X-rays and discovered I came in at the right time from the imaging I saw. The cavity that was worse of the two was critically close to the nerve, which explained why I was experiencing warning signs. Got my fillings done upon discovering my benefits actually helped, even though I don't fully understand how benefits work. Can't thank Cassie and the team enough for a same-day treatment that went very well. Will be coming back for regular cleanings that I used to have done in the past. The photo with the pink area was the major cavity.

Had a dental emergency just a week after arriving in Austin. Apolonia smiles fit me in on the same day (even though it was a holiday), and were incredibly kind and explanatory. I’ve never had a dentist explain what they were doing in detail, he even gave me a mirror to show me what he was talking about in my mouth! So happy with my experience here that I booked my routine cleaning for a few weeks later. Couldn’t recommend Apolonia and Dr. Akser more highly.

Great experience at this office! Everything was clean and welcoming. Kaci at the front desk was very helpful in explaining costs and insurance, making everything easy to understand. The assistants Daniela and Yan were kind, patient, and very helpful throughout. The doctor is knowledgeable, professional, and understanding.
