This was the first detail for my new car and they were excellent!! The communication prior to my appointment confirmed location and time of my appointment. Not only were they prompt, they were early, and my SUV looks great!. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

September of last year my car sat under several sycamore trees for about 2 weeks, then it sat out in the sun for 7 months. Sycamore trees drop sap like a mist so my car was covered like a glazed donut AND it was baked on. I attempted to clean it off myself but quickly realized I did not have the right supplies and it would take a whole lot of my time.
I called and talked with Zack and had him come out to take care of it. He was very easy to work with. He was attentive to my needs. The appointment time we set and he even called me to let me know he was on the way.
He and his crew got right on it and did a good job. I couple of days later I was still noticing a lot of sap was still on my car but not as much. They got a lot off of my car but there was a good amount more that needed to be removed. I called Zack again and explained this to him. To my happy surprise, he understood the situation and we set another appointment. He said there would be no charge because I already paid him. He wanted it to be right as much as I did.
The second appointment again he was on time calling me when he was on the way.
My car now is smooth like glass and a great shine!!!!
Zack is a professional!!
He cares about the work he does and the people he serves!!

This was my first time getting a full interior and exterior car detailing, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional. How do I describe the satisfaction felt for the quality of the service??? Zack and Wan were so professional and meticulous taking care of my 13 year old car . . . made it look like it just came off the showroom floor!!! Highly recommend them for the job . The $'s paid were well worth it. Will definitely use them again when needed.

This was my first time having my car detailed, as I usually do this myself, so I was very critical. Decided to try a professional detail and the results were beyond fantastic! I used the website to book the appointment. The process was extremely easy and their prices and services were very well laid out and explained. The communication before, during and after the service was exceptional. When Zack showed up (on time and with an awesome attitude) I let him know that if he could make my black vehicle look good, I would for sure trust him with the other one. Zack spent hours cleaning and detailing my vehicle both inside and out while communicating with me along the way on the status. The price for the services provided was very fair. I could not imagine any other company having the exceptional attention to detail, communication, fair price and ease of doing business with.
