Was in town for vacation and my husbands birthday was yesterday. We agreed on renting a Lamborghini. The workers were friendly and encouraging. I recommend coming here since they weren’t pushy and let us take our time looking at the cars and being informative!

I rented a vehicle from Premier Auto Miami and I have to say it was such an ease of an experience. The vehicle I rented was one of the newer Range Rovers and boy was is beautiful.🤩 The entire transaction was a breeze down to the customer care I received. I highly recommend using this company when looking for a luxury experience along with great customer service. Had a great time in Miami! We rented a car for April 10th-15th! No issues during the rental. Car was great. My reasoning for only 3 stars is due to the security deposit. This establishment did not reimburse my security deposit until MAY 9th!!!! (18 Business Days or 3.5 WEEKS!) They did not realize they never reimbursed me until multiple phone calls to them over the 3.5 weeks. Will not be returning to this rental place next time we go.

1. I had an awesome experience that was totally worth the money! The team was super clear about everything, and Alex along with the other two guys did a fantastic job explaining things. Next time I'm in South Beach, I'm definitely heading back to the same spot. I highly recommend this place! I got my full deposit back, but just a heads up: if you drive over 100 miles in a 24-hour period, they’ll charge you about $3 a mile. That worked out fine for me, and if you go over 100 mph, the car shuts off for 3 minutes. You get three strikes before your contract gets canceled. Just enjoy the ride, fill up the tank before returning it, and you’ll be all good—nothing too crazy. I really loved it! A.Y detroit

I am soo happy I booked through Premier Auto Miami!!! I think I hit the jackpot when I got Alex as my salesman. He was very kind, friendly and informative about the rental process and ALWAYS responded to my text or phone calls leading up to finalizing the rental.

I rented for my son's Prom, it was worth every penny! The other kids wanted to take photos with his car instead of their own.
