Nobody answers the phone. Every time I go there there’s never a doctor there or they went on lunch and don’t come back. Very unprofessional, unpleasant, rude.

I came to this clinic to have my tooth cleaned, but the dentist did not clean it properly. My tooth still feels dirty and uncomfortable, and the treatment felt rushed. I expected better care and attention. I am not satisfied with the service.

I called to get information from this doctor’s office. I called at 4:35pm and a person by the name Maggie picked up and stated the to call back during service hours as the office was closed. I asked her what are the services hour she stated 9-5. I replied its 4:35 , she then stated well sometimes it 9to 5 or 9 to 4:35. So i asked what is the schedule for today she said 9 to 4:35 , you know what my computer is off already everyone’s computer is off call back tomorrow. I would encourage management either reeducate the employee regarding office hours , retrain employee on her customer service skills and maybe update website information if the office hours are incorrect.
