From the moment Joe Bundy arrived to provide a free estimate, it was obvious he was a cut above the others we had contacted. His professionalism, knowledge, and easygoing approach immediately put us at ease, especially given the size of the project. We ultimately had 25 ash and poplar trees removed, along with a massive basswood tree that required extensive trimming.

Joe's communication, follow-up, and commitment to customer service were outstanding. Although severe weather in the area caused a brief scheduling adjustment so he could respond to emergency situations, he kept us informed every step of the way.

Bundy Logging and Tree Service was hired for a huge tree removal in Eau Claire. We were very happy with the service: done in a day and cleaned up to our expectations which were also his expectations. Joe is part of his team and works with his employees, so that was a plus in getting the job done. We were satisfied and will be using him in a few weeks to do some more tree(s) and brush removal at our daughter’s house. On top of his tree skills, he is very easy to talk to and explain to us what needs to be done at a reasonable cost.

Joe came and gave us an estimate and was very reasonably priced compared to others. Once I saw their work I was more than happy with the cost of everything. From care of the lawn and all the obstacles in it, to precisely dropping our trees, to cleaning. They did an amazing job! We had 3 BIG dead ash trees with power lines, houses and Driveways and a permanent basketball hoop all in the way and not a very big yard and these guys took care of everything with no damage to anything.

Joe came and met with me on Wednesday so I could show him the dead trees we needed to have taken down in our yard. He was very professional and easy to talk too. Joe gave me a estimate and said it would be about 4 weeks before he is able to get to it, which we did not have a problem with. Joe and his crew came on Friday 2 days later while I was at work and took care of all the trees we had discussed exactly the way we wanted. They did a excellent job of cleaning up everything. There were not any leaves or twigs left in the yard it was all raked up and looked awesome! You could not tell there was any machinery used at all, not one rut in the lawn either! I would definitely recommend Joe and his crew if you need someone that does a awsome job at a reasonable price! Thanks Joe & crew you will definitely here from us again if i need more trees down in the future!😁

Joe came to our house for a free estimate one evening about 20 minutes after I called him. Was pleasantly surprised by that and not at all expected. Joe said he was in town so it was easy to swing by. I showed him the two big spruces we had in front of our house where the top of one had already broken off. Joe went over different options for us for complete removal of the tree. We agreed upon a price and he said he would call and they would be down within 3 weeks. We he called the following week and said he was on his way over, just like he said he would and within no time, Joe and his team had both trees on the ground and they proceeded clean everything up in a efficient manner.

Joe and his team took special care to not leave marks in the yard and made special note of my irrigation system to do his best to stay away from the heads. They laid down mats for the mini skid stet and lift and even blew out the driveway, road and grass.

Joe is a good person who delivers in everything he promises and his team works as hard and cares just as much as he does.
